The camp we stayed at was very nice, safe and well organized. Yummy African food as well. On the last day we visited lake Nakuru and saw Rhinos (last remaining of the big 5). We had another stop at lake Naivasha and did an optional boat ride and a walking Safari which nicely rounded the trip off. We had the chance to see Giraffes and other animals up close.

The guide was very experienced and explained a lot about the national parks and animals. The group consisted of 8 people which was a good group size in my opinion.

We were incredibly lucky to see lions, a cheetah, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos with a young one, giraffes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, flamingos and many other animals. We even witnessed some unforgettable wildlife scenes.

We then met… read more our guide Charles who was very professional throughout the safari. He made us live a unique experience during his good knowledge of the reserve (Masai Mara). We were lucky enough to see many lions and many other animals. Communication was very easy and the Jeep was comfortable.

We then went to Lake Nakuru, unfortunately we had to change guide and Jeep, this one was much less comfortable and the guide was not very communicative. Lake Nakuru is still nice.

We had opted for the budget formula and the 2 accommodations were nice, there was everything we needed (tent and hotel). To take into account that sometimes you have to wait a little while to have hot water for the shower, but the staff indicates it at the time of Check in

Plan small snacks, the days are long.

It was a very rewarding and unforgettable experience. Do not hesitate to make your reservation.

I originally booked 13 day safari but halfway through I realised that it was quite a lot as you do have to sit in a 4×4 or Van most of the time (for your safety). It does get a bit exhausting after a while. Rose was very helpful at adjusting my trip and shortening it to 11 days. Thanks so much, i loved my trip!
